For most standard jobs in our regular Bronx service area, mobile is priced the same or close to it — the convenience is part of what we offer. We need a spot where the tech can work around the car with a little room — a driveway, a parking lot, a quiet stretch of curb — and ideally somewhere the glass stays out of direct downpour while the adhesive cures. Have your keys handy and your vehicle's year, make, and model ready so we bring the correct glass.
Most can, but not all. Standard windshield and door-window replacements travel well. Jobs with heavy wiring, finicky sunroofs, or glass we have to special-order are usually cleaner in the shop, where we've got every tool on hand. When you call, describe the damage and we'll tell you honestly whether mobile makes sense or the bay is the better bet.
